The walls are built from FW PUR panels, 40 mm thick overall, with a polyurethane insulating core. This construction reduces heat loss and makes it easier to maintain the desired temperature inside the food trailer. Insulation is especially important in a professional space where refrigerators, heating appliances and production equipment operate.
The base of the construction is a welded steel frame that is hot-dip galvanized. This treatment offers increased protection against corrosion and outdoor weather conditions. The frame is the main structural part of the food trailer and is designed for towing and daily professional use of the vehicle.
The floor is built from Finnish non-slip plywood, with a final heavy-duty industrial PVC top layer. The finished surface withstands daily use, cleans easily and creates a single functional floor with no wheel-arch intrusions inside.
The perimeter joint between the walls and the floor is sealed, limiting moisture ingress and the build-up of residue at the connection points. This makes systematic cleaning of the interior easier and protects the critical points of the construction.
Corners and joints are protected with metal angle trim in the base version. Anodized aluminum profiles are also available on request, offering increased surface protection and a clean professional finish.
The service hatches and the door have suitable profiles and rubber seals for a better fit and protection of the openings from air and moisture. Reinforced locks and maneuvering handles make safe daily use easier.
The food trailer is stabilized with four screw-down legs. Where provided for by the model\'s specifications, each leg has a rated load capacity of up to 900 kg. The legs are used to stabilize the food trailer when it is in its operating position and do not replace the wheel system or the vehicle frame.
The exterior step is built from non-slip textured steel sheet, providing a more stable entry and exit point for the food trailer.
