The walls are built from FW PUR insulating panels, 40 mm thick overall. The polyurethane core reduces heat loss and makes it easier to heat or cool the interior.
Extra-durable frame
The welded steel frame is hot-dip galvanized, offering increased protection against corrosion and outdoor conditions.
Professional flooring
The floor is built from Finnish non-slip plywood with a heavy-duty industrial PVC top layer — for durability in daily use and easier cleaning.
Sealed walls and floor
The perimeter joint between the walls and floor is sealed, limiting the build-up of moisture and residue at critical points.
Anodized profiles and seals
Corners and joints are protected with metal angle trim, with the option to upgrade to anodized aluminum profiles on request. Door and hatch profiles are fitted with rubber seals for a better fit and protection of the openings.
Stability and safe access
Screw-down stabilizing legs increase the trailer's stability during operation, while the non-slip textured steel step provides safer access.
